Academic Support
Reading Support
Our instruction is grounded in Structured Literacy—an explicit, systematic, and research-aligned approach proven to develop strong reading skills. Lessons are carefully sequenced and build from foundational skills to more complex concepts, ensuring students experience success at every step.
We incorporate principles from the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach, a highly effective, multisensory method designed to support students with language-based learning differences, including dyslexia. Instruction is:
-
Explicit and direct
-
Cumulative and sequential
-
Multisensory and engaging
-
Diagnostic and responsive to each learner
Executive Function Coaching
Our executive function coaching helps students build the skills they need to stay organized, manage their time, and approach tasks with confidence. Through personalized, one-on-one sessions, we teach practical, real-life strategies for planning, prioritizing, task initiation, and self-monitoring. Support is consistent, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Dyslexia Therapy
Dyslexia therapy is provided by a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), offering expert, individualized support for students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences.
Using structured, research-based, multisensory methods, therapy focuses on building strong reading, spelling, and writing skills while meeting each student’s unique learning needs.
